Happiness of our clients is what we aim at and hence we happily return anything which carriers manufacturing defect. However, we need to be informed about it within 12 hours after receipt. No return is accepted against buyer remorse. Also, the product with manufacturing defect needs to be unused and in the same condition in which you have it received.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The item should be returned within 15 days of the receipt.
- The product needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- It should not be used, washed, altered, tampered, or soiled before return.
- A damaged item remains ineligible for return.
- The product’s original packaging, labels and tags should remain intact.
- The refund or replacement can be initiated after the item passes through quality inspection.
- The buyer shall pay the return cost. The product’s original packaging, labels and tags should remain intact.
- If you receive a damaged / defective item, please inform us within 12 hours of receipt. We may request you to share the rug’s pictures at info@mirzapurrugs.com. and shall replace it without any cost after examining the returned item.
- Mirzapur Rugs reserve all rights to reject any return if the customer is not in compliance with tha above stated terms.
